Born and raised in Omaha, from the historic, to the far west parts of the city, I'm culturally and well versed on the various areas of the city. I know a little history of many areas when showing clients different parts of the city.
My main focus as an agent is to understand the client and exactly what their main motivation is in their new home and location of the home whether it's buying or selling. Creativity is also one of my strengths that I believe makes me stand out. I think outside the box when buying or selling a home. I have always enjoyed helping people and that is my focus as a Realtor. I love our community and I try to play an active role in bettering it for the families that choose to live here as well. I am very passionate about everything Real Estate from helping a first time home buyer, to helping a family relocate and feeling at home in our community. I play an active role in each of my clients real estate path from the minute we meet or talk on the phone through the very last paper signed at closing.
